Luckyeloe.com promises to process returns for no reason within 30 days. If the product and the package are kept intact with all the accessories complete as they were before sale, we will process returns (shipping fee not returned). However, we don't accept returns in the following cases:

2. products which have been used except those with quality problems
3. any product with quality problems caused by misuse or false keeping
4. outside package damaged or polluted by customers
* we will provide full refund if the refusal of the parcel which has been paid is caused by us (a parcel is lost or unable to deliver). If it's a result of the customer's fault, the shipping cost will be deducted.
* we will provide full refunds if the return is a result of our error.

2. please send back the order number along with the parcel so that we can identify the sender. (note: it may take over 2-3 days to process the returned parcel without an order number)
